All are coming to terms with new friendship dynamics while at the same time having to band together to defeat a now more sophisticated enemy.

This experience has been fantastic primarily for the children, the school and also for me (professionally).

CRATE LAKE EVOLUTION is a horror sequel that successfully takes an already established monster and makes it scarier and fresh-feeling in the sequel. Whether you are looking for outdoor adventures, want to immerse yourself in nature, or simply relax and take in the views, Crater Lake awaits you. The relationships between Lance and his friends feel totally genuine and their interactions are typical for children of that age - the banter they share, the arguments they have, the feelings and emotions that they are experiencing and have towards each other. I could probably talk about this book for more and more because DANG it was a whirlwind of awesomeness. When everyone was locked in their rooms, Lance had to find a way to free everyone and work out what is going on.

It’s the sort of book that I guarantee would capture a whole class of Year 7/8 students because it’s so gripping. Aramark is an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service and is the primary concessioner in Crater Lake National Park. The characters are very relatable and so well written that you feel as though you are running with them, hiding with them and plotting with them.Maks got a girlfriend, Ade and Kat weren’t being so nice to each other, Chets is still not OK with Karim (though we do find out that has a different reason than normal). If you’re looking for a perfect read aloud to start the school year for Years 6-8, I highly recommend the first book in the series, Crater Lake. Things began to get even weirder when the people who had already fallen asleep turned into bug-eyed monsters and started to act like robots. I don’t know if the intent was deliberate to enable the book to appeal to a larger market but I personally would have liked to have seen it routed a little more in England.
