Our filter may look a lot like other water filters, but inside is a filtration membrane designed to remove impurities and contaminants. Most standard water filters do not include an antibacterial filtration membrane so will NOT remove bacteria. It is therefore extremely important to use a filter with a proper antibacterial membrane. If in doubt, use an official Tommee Tippee antibacterial filter. Please note that even if the filters vary in appearance, they’ll work the same if they’re Tommee Tippee branded.
