It's been approximately 6 hours since I purchased/tried this on, and something in the base is making me feel so sick. Britney Spears personifies daring and piques the curiosity of young women everywhere, whilst celebrating moments of impulse. After 5 hours- the vanilla, musk and woods have really taken over now, the fragrance has changed quite a bit in my opinion, it’s like “your skin but better”, it’s extremely soft, sillage has massively decreased since though, lingers hardly more than the skin. It’s an aquatic floral that doesn’t rely too much on water Lily or lotus so the florals aren’t watery and the pear is what’s providing the sweet watery vibe. I don't know if they fixed that, but even then the perfume still smells fantastic with the discoloration.

I'm sure that several women out there were teenagers when they bought this and still wear it today in their 20s, 30s and 40s. Perfumes are often designed with top, middle and base notes, and designed to smell different based on the time after application.It’s a nice mix between aquatic and sweet, which makes it perfect for high temperatures if you love sweet fragrances but you don’t want to feel cloyed. However, shortly after I reluctantly put it on this morning, the sweetness and freshness started to come through. I always thought the bottle with the squeeze atomizer was very neat and cool but you can’t hardly find those bottle any longer.It smells like you just got out of the water at the beach/pool and you still have sunscreen on except it's mixed with the water, then you dry off and freshen up with some hairspray, but in perfume form. The florals are sheer and beautiful with a slight tartness from the floral trifecta of jasmine, tuberose and cyclamen all evened out with the white musk, vanilla, and sandalwood. Britney was allegedly very involved with the development and creation process of this fragrance and I think it's apparent, because it has "Britney" written all over. There's no beating this, it's like smelling a soft cotton pillow of flowery jasmine flowers to me, with a sweet and warm feeling. I thought maybe my bottle is old, because I had never had a perfume be completely gone after 15 minutes.
