About this deal

Though folding, be warned it will take up significant floor space and we found it a bit bulky to wheel away, but this may or may not bother you. All in all, a sturdy, capable running companion that will be with you for the long run. Branx Fitness Cardio Pro treadmill is actually an amazing home treadmill. Often, it gets difficult for us to find some time and go to the gym, however, with an at-home treadmill, you can save time and keep up with your fitness goals. Though, I do think that the Branx Cardio Pro treadmill is a bit overpriced. Yet, it’s not a deal-breaker, especially if you can get it on offer. The Sprint 7 has excellent connectivity and although it has plenty of features out of the box, you can add to this considerably thanks to its bluetooth connectivity and hardware that works seamlessly with a range of third party software such as popular running apps. The JTX RunRise, JTX Sprint-5, JTX Sprint-7, JTX Sprint-8 Pro, JTX Sprint-9, JTX Sprint-9 Pro and JTX Club-Pro are all compatible with Kinomap via Bluetooth; the app will receive information on your speed and incline directly from the treadmill. Linking up with the Kinomap app will change the incline of your treadmill for you automatically. Or, you can use a footpod on any of our treadmills, which will measure your cadence too.

There are built-in pulse rate monitors found on the front facing handles just beneath the central computer and these work well but if you are serious about your heart rate zone training then we’d suggest syncing the Sprint 7 with a Polar heart rate strap.

Using with Kinomap & other apps

With the JTX Sprint-7 Treadmill at your disposal, you have all the tools necessary to take your running routine to the next level. Features And Benefits So here’s the pros and cons to this machine and whether or not we think this treadmill is worth the asking price. What we liked about the JTX Sprint-7 It’s Comfortable and Durable The Sprint 7 features a 3HP motor which is pretty much the most powerful that JTX Fitness offer. We usually look for 1.5HP or above as standard so this 3HP has more than enough beef to keep us happy. It has a top speed of 20KPH which is 5KPH more than most treadmills offer and will allow even the fastest of runners to be seriously challenged.

The Sprint family of running machines are all made to a high standard and exceed what you might get in budget machines. It’s also sturdy, comfortable and easy to use. The motor is quiet and powerful enough to hit a consistent 20kph.

Sprint 7 vs Sprint 5: what’s the difference?

The 2 HP motor allows you to reach speeds of 16 kph with 12 power incline levels for challenging workouts. When it comes to exercising, safety is a top priority. Though there has been some debate as to whether running on a treadmill is safer than running outdoors, the truth is that both have their risks and rewards. The JTX Sprint-7 Treadmill can help you stay safe while working out with its comprehensive safety features.

The speaker output isn’t the best quality, but the overall performance of the treadmill is excellent. It allows the user to realistically condition their body for challenging uphill routes and get the most out of their workout. Its automatic speed adjustability is designed to give your legs the best workout possible and guides you through an effective training session. It’s designed to give a natural running experience like outdoor running along with 30% more calorie burn. Above all, it gives more effective running training than most treadmills as usually, the majority on the market tend to be motorized treadmills. If you require a folding treadmill, this may well be the alternative option for you that’s also a little lighter on the wallet. This is the F37 by German manufacturer Sportstech.

You simply give a gentle tug and down it comes, nice and slowly and safely. The Sprint 7 weighs in at 85kg and it can hold a maximum user weight of 160kg – this is way above average and makes this one of the most accessible treadmills for users of all weights. Of course, the treadmill doesn't really compare to miles outside, but if you are taking your training indoors, there are a few tools that can help. It also has the largest incline of any of the JTX treadmills (and equal to the Sprint 9) with a 15% maximum incline with 15 incremental settings to choose from. The incline is mechanically driven and this can be controlled manually as part of your workout or automatically as part of a pre-set programme or in line with a third-party app such as Kinomap.
