I’m not sure why some of the 1-3 Star reviews had issues with the rules as they are pretty straight forward and the action cards are self explanatory. Second, they can have an “assisted birth” by playing one goat from their hand along with a matching goat from the top card of the discard pile.

GIVE BIRTH: You do this by stacking identical pairs of goats in front of you to build your goatherd. You can end up winning simply because your last card happens to match the big stack allowing you to steal it.You do so by stacking pairs of matching goat cards in front of you and stealing opponent's goats before the draw pile runs out.

At the end of each turn, players draw from the Draw Pile until they have the same amount of cards that they initially had at the beginning of the game (4 or 5). The creators have certainly shown lots of creativity creating a game that's so entertaining and amusing!
