Most of our botanicals are grown in the 750-year-old gardens within the Castle walls as we’re passionate about our location, the environment and keeping everything as local as possible. Experienced Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created a classic gin by fusing traditional processes with a modern approach. The team at the distillery handpicks the rhubarb and distills it with limes grown in the Victorian Hot House alongside fresh ginger root.Inspired by the historic estate that surrounds us, we have created a beautifully balanced British gin of exceptional quality with sweet and floral notes.
