About this deal

If you’re only interested in receiving the newest games this is the box for you; guaranteeing only the latest games! Buy New Releases Box » Before you play the game you need to use the USB cord and a wall charger to power the drone’s battery for around ten minutes.

Just before we get into the detail of analysing the price of this product, we want to briefly highlight the importance of setting yourself a budget before you spend too much time shopping around for a suitable product. It’s all too often that we get carried away when shopping and find ourselves buying a fantastic product, but probably actually overdelivers on what we need and therefore costs a lot more than we should have spent. So spend a bit of time looking around at the sort of price you can expect to pay for products in the Board games category and use that alongside your own financial situation to set yourself a budget. I think this game is perfect for Family Game Night! It’s fast paced! The play feels a lot like playing Hungry Hungry Hippos to me, actually. There is really no advantage to being either older or younger; it’s a pretty even playing field. If you go too fast or hit to hard, the alien won’t make it onto the ship. If you hit too softly, the alien stops short of its goal. The brand of product you buy can vary in importance, from person to person. Some people will of course be much more particular about the brands they will use. Whilst others aren’t interested in the brand and are more interested in the overall quality or price of the product itself. Thankfully Interplay Games is a brand that many customers have grown to love over the years and is very popular for items in the Board games category. The goal in this game is to get your aliens onto the (drone) space ship so they can fly home. The nerd in my loves the E.T. reference. The next step after looking at products in the same category, was to look at products from the same brand, Interplay Games. If the brand you buy is important to you, our best advice is to spend some time writing up your own list of ideal brands. That way when you come to the point where you’re comparing product options you can filter to only show the products from brands in your list. Our servers are getting hit pretty hard right now. To continue shopping, enter the characters as they are shown

Overall, this is a fun and fairly challenging game that kids and adults alike will enjoy playing together. Up to four players can join in on the Drone Home fun and, while more players will certainly make the game even more hectic and silly, I had a great time with just two players. As you can imagine, pricing is one of the most important factors of any purchasing decision. We can find the perfect product for our needs, that fits the brief in every single way. But if it doesn’t fit our budgets, we simply can’t (or at least shouldn’t) buy it. Of the 321 products, we discovered that 75 were more expensive and 163 were cheaper than Drone Home Game. Prices from Interplay Games It is also lightweight enough that it shouldn’t do any damage in your house. We have sprinklers in our ceiling since we live in wildfire country, and I don’t let the kids play with balls and most other airborne objects in the house because I worry about setting them off. But the drone didn’t seem anywhere near heavy enough to set those off. Family Game Night FunThe first player to successfully return their three aliens to their home will win the game. If two players get rid of their third alien on the same turn the two players will compete in a tie-breaker round. The first tied player to get one of their aliens into the drone and have it take off wins the game. My Thoughts on Drone Home Each player chooses a color and takes the launcher and aliens of that color. Everyone attaches their launcher to the launch pad. The next step for us was to look at all of the products that fall within the Board games category, of which we found 321 products at Argos. So we pulled together all of the prices of these products to analyse the average prices as well as finding the cheapest and most expensive options. The first is brand. Looking at the brand of the product is often a really good indicator for judging product quality. For example you’d expect a much higher quality product from a brand known for providing excellent quality than you would from an unknown or even a budget brand.

Just by reading how Drone Home is played many people probably already have a pretty good idea of whether they will like the game. The game simply won’t be for everyone. Drone Home is not particularly deep as you just try to launch aliens at the drone until it takes off. That is basically all there is to the game. If that premise doesn’t sound all that interesting or you don’t usually care for children’s/family dexterity games it probably won’t be for you. Not sure what game to buy next? Buy a premium mystery box for two to four great games to add to your collection! Buy Premium Box »One thing to note about this game is that playing does require a bit of forethought because you have to charge the drone before you play. The instructions recommend charging 10 minutes for the best results. You can take up most of that time getting the game set up and explaining the rules to new players, though! The race is on to launch each of your aliens down the ramp and into the drone. Once an alien is inside the drone, it will lift off and the alien can flee to safety. But watch out! The orange and red player got one of their aliens into the drone before it took off. These two aliens have returned home and are removed from the game.
