Penguin-Found by the Gotham Zoo terminal in central Gotham. His exploding penguin goons can stand in for Batman's power suit explosives, though only for targets on the ground. Harley Quinn-Found by the Gotham Funland Entrance terminal in north Gotham. Necessary for the Girl Power achievement. She can stand in for some of Robin's Acrobat Suit abilities, though she can't use ball controls. Take the rear left elevator (or fly) to the upper level to find Kevin Smith and Man-Bat. There are several grabable items off to the left, but the green vial you want is all the way at the end. Strategy: There is a massive hole in the middles of the area, so take care not to fall into it. You can shoot over it, however. Thew new enemy type here is a trip-wire style. Shoot it like all the others. Strategy: Again, there are only 10 enemies, but this time there is also a hole in the center of the area to watch out for. The Character Token appears at the top of the ring, but becomes unreachable if you wait too long.

Note: This quest is only available after completing all of Batgirl and Harley Quinn's quests in the Hall of Justice. Catwoman-Found by the Police Station terminal in south Gotham. Necessary for the Girl Power achievement. Cross the bridge and destroy the silver hammer on the left side. The penguin is in the open area behind it. Speak with Killer Moth to begin the quest. Follow him and the trail of studs to several buttons that turn on lightbulbs.On the left side of the area is a raised platform with three silver statues. Destroy them all and then scan the area to reveal a silver chest. Destroy that as well to get the Token. This Token is hidden inside a bouncing Joker box on the right side, second floor. Hit the target on top to break it open and reveal the Token. Superboy and Supergirl are hanging out on the right side of the third floor, talking about how awesome Super Club is and generally being annoying. Talk to them, then go to a character customizer and change the Body slot to Superman 52. Unlike other quests, you don't need any more than the one piece. Now the Penguin wants you to dress up as well. Return to the character creater and equip the "Penguin" items to the Head, Body, and Legs. Talk to Penguin again to finish the quest. Strategy: You have to jump diagonally here, so hopefully you figured out the timing on the last level. Thankfully, there is only one real path through, so you can't really waste time going the "wrong" way.

Harley has taken over Batgirl's spot, and wants you to dress up like a Crash Test Dummy. Go to any customiser and put the gear on in the Hat and Body categories. Return to Harley for your reward. Ivy needs something stinky, so head to the left to find the machine. Interact with the magnetic lever to the left, then step on the red button, and then finally interact with the magnetic shaker on the right. Take the potion to Ivy. Put the Bruce Wayne™ minifigure in one side of the transformation chamber and rotate to reveal the hidden Batman™ minifigure.There is a small tunnel under the platforms. Run through as The Atom, hitting the two buttons to disengage the electric fences, to find this token.

Talk with Ace again to start this next quest. Break the wooden box nest to Ace and build a turnstile out of the parts. Push it around to free "Timmy." Batman® first appeared in a 1939 issue of Detective Comics – though the character was originally named the ‘Bat-Man’. Mostly fighting crime in his native Gotham City, the character, is often assisted by fellow super hero, Robin™ and his loyal butler and father figure, Alfred. The character immediately gained popularity and was given a self-titled comic book, Batman, in 1940. After all the quest givers in the Swamp are gone, some mushrooms will spawn in the front area. You should see a Token on top of the far left one. Jump on the first mushroom here to start a race. Use the bouncy mushrooms to go from left to right across the screen, until eventually reaching the end. Don't worry about falling off, as it won't end the race or restart the timer.

On the main floor, on the left side, there is a breakable wall hidden behind a trophy case. Smash it, then melt the gold chest behind it to get the Token.

Ascend to the top right platform to find a chest hidden behind a laser grid. There are two panels here that you can interact with using a Toy Character. (Robin and Luthor can both do this.) One panel takes you to the Console to open the chest, and the other goes to the chest itself. Quests You will need to collect the tokens that appear on the map, but watch behind your avatar as you move. There is a trail of dark blue squares. If you try to walk through one of those squares, you lose some time. Collecting studs and tokens increases your time limit. The Vehicle Token in this level appears in the bottom right corner, and you should be able to see it as you go down there for the Snake token.Cross the bridge and interact with the electricity panel to the right side to drop the laser grid. The penguin is in the open area behind it. Mr. Freeze-Found by the Gotham Observatory terminal, on the far south island. His terminal requires Superman to activate. Can stand in for Robin's Ice Suit. Killer Croc-Found by the Waterworks terminal in central Gotham. Like Ivy, there's some goo to clean up, so he won't be accessible during the parts of the story where you're controlling Bats and Superman.
