The hilt is probably heavier than a conventional lightsaber due to the nature of beskar, yet Tarre Vizsla apparently had no trouble using the weapon.

The sound emitted by the Darksaber’s blade was also higher in pitch than other lightsabers.

The Darksaber has all the functions of a lightsaber but has a unique badass appearance. It makes unique electrical sounds while dueling, giving the saber an upper hand over other lightsabers.
