You will only need to save the photo from the third-party app to your smartphone, and then the photo will appear in the Frameo app's gallery. If you are sending multiple photos at the same time you can either write different captions for each photo or write a single caption for all of them. If instead the Connection status says "Unknown" or "No internet", there might be a need for rebooting your network equipment and your frame and wait 10 minutes. Most Frameo frames have a micro SD card slot. This can be used to import photos. However, if you do not own a USB cable, or if you have a MacOS computer, with a few additional steps you can quite easily transfer photos from your computer to your frame. You can follow the suggestions below.

Connect Frame to Wi-Fi

If you notice that some of the transferred photos or videos aren't appearing in the slideshow as expected, it's likely for one of the following reasons: While there is no Frameo app for desktops, it is possible to transfer photos from a Windows PC using a USB cable: Transfer photos via USB cable. Select brands make it possible to use a USB flash drive ( i.e. USB thumb drive) to import photos to the frame.
