It's not a convoluted story or anything among those lines, but it is pure entertainment at the moment. If the ending to the second volume of Crazy Food Truck had you thinking it would lead into some lengthy, epic story arc that would carry the third volume to the foretold finish for the series, you'd end up surprised.

There is an excellent car chase that has an appreciable focus on detail at the start and there’s a nice little showdown towards the end over a bowl of ramen. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. But it doesn't strike me as living life at its most "crazy" the way the characters here act like they were always trying to do.

The cover is what got me interested and I was surprised to learn that the series is only three books long. What stood out for me first in this series: the worldbuilding as the way it's done is rather interesting, using all means available.

I guess they meant crazy because the food truck guy finds a naked girl in a freezer like container because that has never happened… oh wait Outlaw Star that was a main plot and lots of other manga have found a young naked female character in a box.Same for Arisa, who has her own wild way of fighting that suits her energetic, rambunctious personality.
