The result was better when we used a beauty blender however, the Lift & Luminate Triple Action Serum foundation did still cling to dry patches – regardless of whether we were using the silicone primer or the water-based one. Although it was worse when used with the former. It doesn’t really give full coverage to begin with, which is why you’ll need to build up to that kind of coverage if that’s what you’re after. Out of all the versions in this group No7 foundation review, the No7 Restore & Renew Serum Foundation was our favourite. It gave us light-to-medium coverage and it masked our blemishes with ease. This is my go-to foundation because the colour (02), coverage & finish is just right for my skin. I have cool pinky undertones & most foundations are too yellow for me. I have used Double Wear, but it's too matte, & also tried a sample of the new EL Futurist one, but that felt like a mask & was too glowy. Teint Idole is too full coverage for warmer, sunny days though & I'm using No 7 Essentially Natural in Cool Ivory. This has a very nice lighter coverage but enough to even out my skin tone.
