Storing: A fondant covered cake can be kept in a storage container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for up to a week (depending on your choice of fillings and/or toppings).

This impressive rainbow cake is the perfect celebration and party centrepiece. It’s deceptively simple to make too – all you need is basic cake ingredients and a rainbow of food colouring! edible food colouring - red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple, plus optional pink (see below) I like to use clear vanilla extract when coloring cakes.
