I’ll admit I can’t be objective when it comes to this book. For starters, my dear friend Sarah wrote it, and I got the privilege to be the first person to fall in love with Liv, River, Grayson and Dean. And I’m still insanely obsessed with them, because Sarah created something truly unique, refreshing and fantastic.Tristan Lee, a dominant alpha through and through, meets Justin Vincent Alvarez—an omega who has never gotten his first heat in his 22 years of life. This is a story about a Werewolf's love story with a Boy of Rare Blood; of course, their love story will not go smoothly. Gentle, klutzy and smiling Alpha whom nobody dares to offend for some mysterious reason x cold, possessive and cinnamon roll Omega (maybe a little yandere here and there) This was so sweet and I loved how much both Cami and Smith changed through this story. I loved the bodyguard concept and how grumpy and protective he was of her. Also, how much of a sweetheart he was, but only for Cami. Swoonworthy! Cami grew a lot and I absolutely loved it. She had such a wonderfully big heart and I adored her. It was so beautiful to see her find the confidence she needed to stand up for herself. But it is the strength of their love that will bring their destiny in the future to be brighter and coveted by many people. The story felt choppy and very juvenile. Characters weren’t really acting how I’d imagine they should and felt more like a teenager pretending to be an adult. It also was just very boring and read more like a diary sharing what happened day to day with not a lot happening rather than a story. The dialog itself felt forced and unrealistic as well. Some things characters said seemed to be out of the blue and it didn’t flow very well.Her reaction to other Alphas during her heat will live rent free in my mind forever. It was one of my favorite moments in the whole book. What happens when these two meet and their biggest secrets unfold. Will this bring them closer? Can they fight their feelings despite not wanting to? But all this will change when Blade will find out that his fated mate is the one and the only person he has been deeply in love with ..... The alpha Ian Keene. Will Blade take revenge and destroy Ian's life? Will he use the weak Ian Keene who lost his wolf and he is now just a mere human? Will Blade use the fact that Ian needs money to save his only son from dying? For starters, this book could have really benefitted from some more world building and character development. Over the course of the book, Julian and Audrey don’t grow as characters, and I think that’s to to this book’s detriment, because to me, this book reads as: a scientist is roofied by an alpha criminal and convinces herself that she’s in love with him.

This book also has something I’ve never seen in an Omegaverse before, that I thought was so clever: Fake scent marking. They try to keep things professional but their sexual tension is off the charts hot 😮‍💨 Omega's Obsession did not dissapoint. This is a fast, sexy read that follows Liv. She's an omega who is OBSESSED with her brother's best friend, Dean. For her whole life she's followed him, stealing things from him, just waiting for him to be hers. Heyoo!
