About this deal
Being IPX7-graded, it is also perfect for sports, exercise, and outdoor activities. You can safely wear them in averagely damp, sweaty, rainy, misty, or otherwise wet conditions. However, being unable to adjust the volume directly on the earbuds might bug you during these activities. Though not as good as some premium earbuds, it's still quite a spectacular set for this price. The boosted bass and clarity it offers are all that a casual music listener really needs. The custom Graphene drivers offer decent enough tonal balance. Listening to orchestral arrangements the highs, mids and lows are suitably separated and offer enough detail for casual listening. Stereo image is non-existent, but what do you expect at this price? Apart from all this, we appreciate the earbuds' amped-up bass and the fact the set is IPX7 waterproof. In fact, they’re resistant to sweat, rain, and water, making it an excellent choice for active and outdoorsy folks, too! What we don’t like about Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo:

Other worthy competitors include the IP8 Donerton D-18’s, the popular Btootos Wireless Earbuds, as well as the 42-hour playtime FAMOO Wireless Earbuds. If you’re looking for an affordable set of true wireless earphones for the morning commute or gym, the Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo will do the job. Like the Galaxy Buds, the Echo Buds’ motherboard is folded around a plastic housing where the button-cell battery resides.Cable failure. Try different charging cable, find one you know works good (charges properly something else). Leave it in for many hours. When it all comes together, the Neo can't quite grasp the individual frequencies' presence and detail. The average soundstage fills itself with all sound, and upper-mids and highs get a bit of hiss over them - the main reason the music can be a bit dry. Unlike many affordable earphones, the Liberty Neo comes with a diverse number of silicon tip and wing options. The wing options are a rarity on buds at this price and make it possible to get a good seal. The wings, plus the buds’ IPX5 sweat-proofing makes them a great-value option for gym-goers and runners looking for an affordable alternative to the Jaybird Vista. Outdoor runners will be pleased to hear the Liberty Neo generally offer a wonderfully stable connection. The only time I suffered regular dropouts was when moving through busy signal areas – train and underground stations, for example. If you’re looking for excellent noise-cancelling buds or ones for work calls, we wouldn’t recommend them, either. The mic isn’t top-notch at noise cancellation or capturing your voice with crystal clarity, both of which are vital when talking with current or potential clients.

Buds themselves can hold up to 3.5 hours of battery life, with the charging case adding an extra 19 hours (24 in total). In our test, we got around 5 hours out of them. This is a better battery life than expected but still somewhat average compared to the competition. Thankfully the case isn’t too big: you can easily take it with you. A few annoying aspects of this set are the volume control and single-use options. If you want to adjust the volume, you have to do so via your paired device, not the earbuds. Additionally, you can only use the right earbud by itself.Golden sound via 10.6mm coaxial dual driver technology (ACAA 2.0) and personalized active noise cancelling (HearID ANC) Once it comes to the call quality, it’s no so good and spotty preferably you are in a place noisy. Maybe your voice is muffled and the ambient sound is louder than your voice. However; if you are in the house or in a place free from noise. The call sound quality is quite clear. All in all, the Anker Soundcore Life A1 is not ideal for people who use wireless earbuds for calls regularly. Sound Quality Of Anker Life A1
