Whilst working at Seven Cellars I am trying to study for the BJDP exam plus studying Textile Design at Uni. t blends Caribbean orange peel and a range of spices including cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, and works a treat cocktails, particularly those with a rum or whisky base. It is created from sun-ripened Caribbean Oranges that are blended with a variety of other secret herbs and spices, none of which you will find in Angostura aromatic bitters. ANGOSTURA® orange bitters is made from its own special secret recipe and does not contain any of the ingredients in ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters.

I am also partial to a fruity sour or the strongest imperial stout going, and my spirit of choice is Bourbon - although a cheeky tequila is always welcome!
