But this really is a fabulous book, one I very much enjoyed reading every second of it and I really wish life hadn't got in my way of reading this in one sitting which is what I really really want to do with the I was so easily transported to the countryside farmhouse with Leah and her family. The way Leah's parents looked after foster kids warmed up my heart.Danielle, Jamie, and many of the other twenty-and thirty-somethings here tonight were fostered by my parents at some point in their lives. I left home for university in London when I was eighteen and made the city my home, so there are people here that I hadn’t met before today. Others are more familiar to me, like Shauna, who was with us for two years and who still lives locally. Family and friendship is at its heart. The change between past and present means you truly understand the relationship between Theo, George and Leah. Everyone should have a family who loves you no matter what and everyone should have friends like these. I just fell in love with them all. I felt so connected to them.
