White sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes grown in Italian vineyards in the famous Prosecco Doc extra dry wine region. Ideally, enjoy this organic sparkling wine from Italy chilled at 5 - 7°C as an accompaniment to omelette with salmon and fennel, coconut and lime fish curry or asparagus salad with quinoa. This is 'proper' Prosecco, wine with real character, style and freshness, the style that caused the boom in wines from the Prosecco region in the first place but that is sadly lacking now in the cheap stuff. The Corvezzo Prosecco Spumante Low Alcohol Demi-Sec then matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
