About this deal

Also my maximum print per month for 220 g/m2 would be around 50-60 shhets max plus a few regular letter sheets here and there.

This material will be cut and despatched as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 4 working days for despatch as the workload of our guillotine operators varies from time to time (working days do not include weekends or bank holidays) The Brother T420 isn’t available in the UK at the moment so information is limited. From what we’re seeing, the minimum GSM support is 80, this could be what causes the feed issues. The best printer for this paper weight and texture is the Canon iX6850. I have provided a link to the Canon iX6850 printer below. Laser would be the cheaper option in the long term in regards to running costs and so we would recommend looking at the OKI first. From the sounds of it, a photo printer would be your only option. But these have at least 10 inks, at 400GSM. I recommend the Epson P700: https://www.printerbase.co.uk/epson-surecolor-sc-p700-a3-colour-inkjet-printer.html

Which Paper Weight Is Best?

It looks good but i also need to be able to print on 180gsm paper. It says on the specs that it prints up to 163 GSM. First off, wow thank you for answering everyone’s questions!!! you have no idea how helpful you are. A competitive double coated silk paper, benefiting from a smooth silk surface, combined with good bulk and opacity. Suitable for use in many Toner based Digital Printing processes including a wide range of colour laser printers and colour copiers.

What I’d like to be able to do is bulk buy printed leaflets (with my details and pricing info etc.) from an online printer such as vistaprint. This would cut down on the costs and my effort in generating these. However, I’d like to leave a space on these leaflets where the QR codes and login details can be printed by myself as and when they are needed for different events.Grammage is more commonly referred to by its unofficial abbreviation: GSM. While grammage is technically the proper term for paper weight, most printers in English-speaking countries refer to GSM as the “weight” of a card.
