About this deal

In this game, you’re selecting cards as well, except that you’re not always guaranteed a card each round. At the beginning of each round, players will secretly choose which of the available cards they want by taking the selection card that matches the card’s number from their hand and placing it face down in front of them. The game lacks some of its charm there, and with only 3 cards to choose from, the choice is usually fairly obvious.

And coming from a guy who tends to find himself playing more light games than any other, that is saying something. Growing up in the land of the Krispy Kreme hot button, it was inevitable that donuts would become my favorite food. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. So, that might have looked like a lot to digest (pun totally intended) but it is a process that will take you maybe 30 seconds at most.On your turn, secretly choose which card you want from the donut row by choosing the selection card in your hand that corresponds to the number of the card you want in the donut row.

The number of Donut cards played per game varies based on the number of players so a game is different each time. I have to say that I’m pretty pleased with the overall designs of everything inside the box, including the insert, which fits everything in a nicely designed slot specific to each piece. While this is a fast paced game, it does have a little bit of strategy to it, not that you’re going to be spending 10-15 minutes trying to decide what move you’re going to make, like in some of those strategy and war games. These are normal sized cards that have the different donuts on them that players will be trying to acquire through the game. I would have enjoyed playing the “Bacon”, “Apple Fritter” and “Blueberry Glazed” cards as they would have added even more strategy to the game but I understand that the Kickstarter version, after switching game developers, changed a few of the original cards. The cards are all incredibly easy to understand and are even colour coded for each different player count. Each player secretly bids on a donut card by choosing the number card that matches the donut they wish to bid on. Place the stack of donuts face down to form a draw pile and reveal and place one donut into the space below each numbered counter. Whether intentional or not, this is the real clutch of the game for me, securing it a permanent place in my collection.

When taken from the donut row, it comes with an excellent power: Take up to three cards of your choice from the discard pile. Purchasing an item without paying immediately does not reserve your item, unless you have spoken to us previously. This amount includes seller specified domestic postage charges as well as applicable international postage, dispatch, and other fees. The colours on the cards are not reflective of the type of card that it is, but rather for the player count. Go Nuts for Donuts is a set collection card game for 2-6 Players that takes about 20 minutes to play. The more players that play, the more interaction there is between players and the more chaos there is. While not perfect, Go Nuts for Donuts does make for a highly accessible gateway game or light filler game for your gaming group. At that point, each player counts up their points and the player with the highest total is the winner! Double Chocolate (2): Immediately draw two cards from the deck, choose one to place in front of you and put the other back on top.

So do you select the same card if you need to stop them, or move elsewhere if you really want to make sure you get a card. Whilst not mind-blowing by any means, the fact that the cards are linen finish make them water-resistant. I (Jason) will summarize his thoughts because have you ever heard how long an 8-year-old’s story is? All players should take back their selection cards into their hands and begin a new round, which plays out just like the previous one.The game does scale well at all player counts and it goes up to six, making it good for larger groups. Recently we have been teaching and including my almost 8- year-old son and my 4-year-old daughter in our latest game nights with much success.
