We’re on our second bag of this mix and my husband really loves these pancakes every time I make them! Personally I like the Kodiak Cakes, but we’ll keep buying the Krusteaz pancake mix for him. I knew I didn’t have the patience to wait on any kind of yeast to rise, so I went through my mental pantry and decided to try to make them using Pancake Mix. I tried really hard to not give into the temptation, but eventually by Week 6, I could no longer hold out. I HAD to try to make some homemade doughnuts. I don’t love the ingredients list. It seems like there’s lots of chemical-sounding ingredients and I wish they didn’t include soybean oil. The pancake mix contains wheat, milk, eggs and barley, but those are pretty standard ingredients in pancakes. Scoring
