This life-changing Audible Original features a powerful mix of one-on-one life-coaching sessions and a personal narrative with vital take-aways that you can start using immediately.

Although I know he can’t see me, I have this very slight theory that you can somehow convey emotions through your phone. Sophie has also written nine standalone novels which have all been bestsellers in the UK, USA and other countries around the world: Can You Keep A Secret? Lily marries Ryle hoping the good will outweigh the bad, and the mother-daughter dynamics evolve beautifully as Lily reflects on her childhood with fresh eyes.Access to the Plus Catalogue—thousands of Audible Originals, audiobooks and podcasts, including exclusive series.

Other strengths of the book that I truly enjoyed: Well developed characters, inappropriate situations ( including naked sauna adventures, writing steamy scenes for your creative writing class based on your real experiences and sharing them with your classmates) , amazing supporting characters ( Nell, Maud, Topher we’re adorable! There’s nothing to say more because there are so many things to fall in love with this book and take it to Vegetarian restaurant and end your night with creamy gelato! The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events. The best thing about reading Love Your Life was that I got to buddy read it with my friend Amanda (her thoughts are similar to mine, if you wondered). This is a book which has struck a chord with so many people – I wrote it to make people laugh but I think there’s a message in it as well, about life and balance, which maybe we can all take heed of. Sophie Kinsella has sold over 40 million copies of her books in more than 60 countries, and she has been translated into over 40 languages. Having Matt’s POV would have balanced it out some more: we would understand him better, get his unfiltered thoughts on Ava and everything that surrounds her, as well as his thoughts on his family, his ex-girlfriend, and the family business.

There she is given the chance to undo her regrets and try out each of the other lives she might have lived. Sophie Kinsella’s characters are familiar in some ways, but there are always a few twists to keep things fresh. I have to admit at some parts of the book I loved them more than protagonists) opposite attracts, meaningful, heartfelt representation of chronic illness and emphasizing importance of tight friendship bounds. After a breakup and then a bad date, Ava wants nothing more than to forget about her own romantic entanglements and get lost in the fictional one she’s been fantasizing about. As I started reading the book I found it a slow starter but then I found myself thinking about the characters when I wasn’t reading it and so wanted to read more. Ava hates his industrial flat filled with creepy artwork, and Matt can’t stand her run-down place filled with “rescue books” and upcycled furniture that tends to break.
