We’ve been cooking pizzas in outdoor ovens for IndyBest for some time now and we’re still trying to perfect our turning technique, so the dough is cooked evenly by the flame. The stainless steel oven body is durable yet lightweight and features insulation between double walls on the roof to retain heat effectively. This is perfect for cooking pizza and after setting the fire and getting the Auplex up to temperature in 40 minutes, using the accurate thermometer, we pushed the wood back to reveal a large cooking stone that was able to take a 10in disc of dough.
