For maintenance and upkeep of the surface, floors can be overcoated at intervals with additional coats of lacquer. Previously waxed, polished or oiled floors cannot be overcoated with Bona Mega Varnish unless sanded back to bare wood.

Bona Mega is a one-component, waterborne, 100% polyurethane finish for the surface treatment of wooden floors in commercial and domestic areas subject to heavy wear.
