This book was really interesting, it helped me to learn about adventure.I really like history and technology, so I found the idea of a future of technological power really interesting. When you’re running late for school, the last thing you need is an explosion – but that’s exactly what Arthur, Ren and Cecily get. Another aspect which I thoroughly enjoyed was the fact that she has done a mixture of history as well as fiction but she has done it so that we are not too bored by the history. I feel like it is well balanced between history and fiction and that she kept us engaged throughout the book. It was a very adventurous book and I liked following the characters on the journey they embarked upon. I liked the main character as each one of them has something unique that they bring to the team. I also really liked the wholesome friendship that develops between them over the course of their adventures. It showed that it doesn’t matter who you are, you always will have someone

This book was a lot of fun and one that both children and older readers will definitely really enjoy. It also offers a great way for young readers to discover various historical figures that they might not know much about, such as Wangari Maathai and Tomoe Gozen. I had the pleasure of visiting Phu Quoc Island, organized by the amazing team at Wonderscape Travel, and it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was completely immersed in the beauty and tranquility of this tropical paradise. I thought the plot was serious because they had a limited amount of time to find the time key and their way home. What I found interesting was the Wondercloaks and how it almost does everything for them, for example, translate what people say and it sends danger warnings too. As previously mentioned, there were parts, most notably towards the end where the inconsistencies and illogicality of events and scenes were glaring. But the writing was nice, Wonderscape does indeed seem to be full of wonder, and yes I would like to visit it one day.

The tension builds as they deal with not only the trials that they must complete to progress, but also with their confusion and frustration navigating these unknown and unusual realms. On top of this, they must contend with the different aspirations of the siblings who run HXPERION and their desire to do whatever necessary to keep Wonderscape at the top… The night came to a close over dessert, bringing an end to the first Cloudy Bay Wonderscape in the U.S.A. It's basically pure action, so it reads super fast and it's very entertaining. Plus, intertwine in the plot itself we have some cool history lessons that kids would love to learn. I mean, as an adult, I spent a good chunk of my night reading about Tomoe Gozen, whom I didn't knew from before. So thank you, Jennifer Bell, very much appreciate it xDThis was my favourite young quills book! With twists, turns and so many crazy things, I loved it.
