Perfect nose. Perfect face. Perfect thigh to bum to stomach to boobs ratio whilst also “I’m not like other girls. I don’t eat leafy salad” I’m a real woman because I don’t care about how I look to men/others and I have cuRves…yeah, miraculously in all the right places sis! *rolls eyes*
Because the moment her muddy boots stomped down the stairs and up my spine, my empire started to crumble. This book have a lot of banter! It's full of that and also height shaming lmaooooo! Penny is 5'2 and Rafe does not let her live with that fact! 😭I said it already in my review for Sinners Condemned but I adore Penny. And I’m madly obsessed with Rafe. You should know that I write dark romance, and my stories–including this one–aren’t for the faint of heart. They contain several triggers, so aren’t suitable for everyone.
I want to know why she can sleep in my car, but not in her bed. Why she’s still wearing my watch, instead of selling it. What she puts in my whiskey to make me want to protect her, when I should be putting a bullet in her head. I absolutely love Penny's character development in the second part of their story. Despite having a tough exterior but she is still wounded on the inside but she would not allow anyone to ever walk all over her even the man she is falling for.While this is part of a duet but for better reading experience I recommend reading the first book Sinnerd Anonymous which follows Rafe's older brother Angelo and his forbidden romance with Aurora (Rory). Guess what, the heroine is bad if not worse than the girls she hates…for the same reasons she hates them for, going for the same guy. ) Sinners Consumed is part two of a duet. Rafe & Penny’s story starts in Sinners Condemned, which will be out September 7.
He’s so childish. So juvenile. Soooo boring. All he’s got going for him, is his money. I can see why the heroine has to be 21. During the day: If you have a flexible schedule, you may find it helpful to take breaks during the day to read a book. Somme Sketcher has done a fantastic job creating a dark mafia romance story that will make you fall in love with the characters, writing style, the universe, the plot, and everything. The main characters are perfect in every sense possible. Angelo is the perfect bad boy that every woman would fall in love with. He first falls in love with Rory and literary loves every aspect of hers. He makes all her insecurities because her ex-boyfriend forgot every moment she was with him. The two literary fell in love with each other without even kissing or even doing the deed is something you will rarely find in most romance books. This book made me feel nothing but joy, giddiness and just every positive emotion there is!! In my eyes, this book had absolutely 0 flaws and I’m just so freaking obsessed with it, Penny and Rafe! Like these two own my heart and soul now and I’m most definitely NOT mad about that!!! Loved the Rory and Angelo cameos, first couple in the book always feel different regardless of how their book is they’re just the OG so i enjoyed seeing them! And Gabe. GABE! Heard his book is him and Wren and that’s giving major good girl x bad bad bad boy vibes, i don’t know how i am going to act when his book is out i am so EXCITED for him!! I have a soft spot for grumpy, big boy and scars!!!These two make for a dangerous combination. A thrilling pair. An smoking hot couple with some amazing banter and some damn girl lines being thrown at each other’s heads. [yes some are damn boy ]. And some very satisfying moments when you are just in awe of the badassness of Penny and Rafe. [yes this is now a word.] They can't help but clash and boy is Penny slowly bringing Rafe to his knees before her. Soon she'll have him wrapped around her tiny finger and he would not have it any other way. I’m so in love with this book, it’s ridiculous. The way it was just pure and utter perfection has to be CRIMINAL!!! There was literally not a moment where I wasn’t grinning and giggling my ass off (except for the sad parts ofc)!! I literally stared at my phone like that: :D, the whole freaking time while reading this book!!! The banter between Penny and Rafael was so swoony and I laughed so hard at times, the spice is chef's kiss and I adore the fact that it's was kind of slow-burn. I love how Rafe is a well put individual who rarely ever punched anyone because he's the silver tongue shiny boy of the family and he STRAIGHT UP BEAT A MAN BLOODY because he looked at Penelope the wrong way.
I'm absolutely in love with this book, if you're a fan of The Maddest Obsession by Danielle Lori, I think you are going to enjoy this.
